My experience at NPSCU

Unfortunately, I do not have good things to say about NPSCU, whether it be the app, in branch, or the service I receive as a whole. I am in the process of cancelling all my banking with NPSCU. The employees are happy to serve the big customers with lots of money, but they do not treat the little guys very well. This has been my personal experience over the last 3 years. I wanted to give a local bank my business, but sadly, it is the larger corporations that have valued my business. The ‘little guys’ make up a lot when added together, that is something to consider.
