This is a very good tool to be able to transfer online
This app is actually so bad. I’m constantly being logged out of my account and have to call them to get back in. They constantly have issues or the app is down and I can’t access my banking information. Get a different bank this one is terrible

I’m constantly having issues with this app anymore! Have called to get my password changed and have had it written down to remember, I put in my password since it wouldn’t recognize my face, and it keeps saying it can’t recognize my credentials, this has happened numerous times before and I’ve moved two hours away from this bank, it’s definitely no longer worth putting up with this bull!
When you transfer money from checking to a payment it doesn’t subtract the loan payment right away. But it does take from the checking account right away.
The people at Northwest Bank are always very friendly and very helpful. I love their app and their Live Banker drive-up service!
The new version combines the banking app and card control app together. Separately these apps are great. The new app prohibits the old out from opening and direct you to use the new updated app. The new combined app is very glitchy and very slow. I’m hoping that development reads this and simplifies the card side of the app. We sat spending limits on the card and have to frequently raise it and the new app takes nearly 3 times longer to do what we used to.
Elan is doing a poor job. Your sending me apps to do things with my cards and Elan doesn’t support them. They’re IT department seems 10 years behind the times.
