This app is really well done and easy to use. The one thing it seems to be missing is dark mode (white text on dark background).

I have no complaints. This app is one of the best and most easy to use banking apps I have came across!!

I love the ease of use of this app.

I sometimes have a hard time paying bills on this app. I’ve had this account for a while but never used it for the longest time, now I am favoring this account and slowly phasing the other one out. I didn’t remember setting an automatic payment up which didn’t remind me it was coming up so I overdraft my account. I set it up because I had a hard time each month paying my car payment. So that’s the only issue I had. Other than that it’s good

I really like banking here for pretty much every reason, they make it easy, more than helpful, friendly and I very highly recommend it. And they are on top of any problems that come up and let me know if there is unusual activity on any of my accounts

I was able to secure my first HELOC with Northwest Community Credit Union thanks to Philip. He is so personable and made it so easy to apply by using my documentation to complete the application process. I had pre-approval in less than a week and final approval a couple weeks later. It was such a great experience.

Every time I open the app and barely touch an account to auto sort it to the bottom my my account list. It’s extremely frustrating especially since when trying to sort the account is buggy.
