Ik kan niet meer in m’n account komen. Fout melding op foutmelding. Alles verwijderd en kan ik weer inloggen, ben ik m’n abonnement kwijt. Geen licenties meer. Herstellen selecteren werkt niet, want dan kom ik in een loop terecht. Ik heb nu een nieuw account aangemaakt en weer opnieuw betaald (half jaar gelden ook al betaald). Dit is de laatste keer Norton.

** Naar aanleiding van jullie vraag. De app startte niet op, zoals ik al schreef heel de tijd een draaiend radertje. App verwijderd, telefoon gereset, dus alle appgegevens verwijderd dus ook geen log meer. De app werkt nu weer, maar het kost zoveel tijd. * Inmiddels de app weer werkend gekregen. App paar keer verwijderd en weer erop gezet en toen was hij weer te gebruiken. —————————————————————————- Na update van gisteren niet meer in te komen, Blijft een draaiend radertje houden. App al verwijderd, telefoon gereset en opnieuw geïnstalleerd, maar niet meer aan de praat te krijgen. Heel slecht!
