I run my real estate business using Notion as CRM! Super useful tool. Even better with Claude McP integration.
Awful
Crashes almost after 5-10 min usage, it cannot open more than 2 templates
Great for GMs
I have been using notion as my tool for D&D prep and world building and it has been priceless. Simple yet robust. I also leverage the AI addon to generate summaries of the session to share with my group - we love it!

I’ve already think of migrating my notes to notion - it’s just wonderful!

You have so much options to choose how to write your notes and so much more. But you have to learn if you want to note like pro.

Adds structure to your life
As I like to plan, structure and being able to neatly see everything, I very much enjoy using Notion - for notes I access daily, as well as as an archive!
Notion is a fantastic app
But the mobile version has major issues. You cant resize columns in a table, so if the text overflows, you're stuck with it. You can't reliably paste text in a page. Yes. Seriously. It's good for looking things up, and typing out quick things for late when you're on the desktop, but actually doing meaningful work on mobile (and from what I hear iPad is the same) just doesn't work.
