Una buena app
They stole from me
This app is fraudulent, they stole from me! I paid for the supposed annual pro subscription, but it was never applied, and the plan remained the free version. I sent all the payment proofs from Apple ID, but customer service responds that they don’t see any payment and mock me by saying it’s Apple’s issue. I sent all the credit card statements and the active subscription on Apple ID, but they just mockingly say they don’t see any payment and don’t apply the purchase within the app. It’s a scam!!!

Quality of the transcription
The quality if transcription is deficient both in English and Spanish. It does not recognize well the speakers. Works well for recording.
