I can’t login on the app, but I’m logging in via the website.

I have downloded the app for the past 28 days but i cant login. The error mesaage invalid matric numbers keeps displaying. Please rectify this issue for me to create a profile and login. Must I add a star to it? Cause it doesn’t deserve one

I try to login using iPhone it keep saying invalid matric number I keep trying multiple time but it’s same issue

I think the app is great, I only just found out there’s a group chat on the app which is a very beautiful thing. I also think the app needs an upgrade. Users should be able to tap on a message and reply or respond to the messages of other users. I’ll be glad if that can be put into consideration. I have no complaints.
