Nous Smart

The app is great but have been not working perfectly lately. The groups dont work anymore, so if i wanna turn on/off the chandelier lights i have to do it one by one, and this is inconvenient. Have had this issue for two weeks now and i keep checking for app updates but nothing is there, i tried to connect the nous light bulbs to another app but same issue, so i dont know it might be the bulbs, in both cases what should i do to fix it?
