NOVA: The Creative Network

I’m a creative with over 7 years of experience and I’ve worked for big name studios as staff and freelance. I found out about this app through word of mouth by a colleague and got a referral. I’ve been stuck with my application under review for months. I’m not sure if there’s a support group I can reach out to in order to address this but thank god I have a client base outside of this app. I really feel for anyone who can’t get into this app. It feels like the management team doesn’t look at applications and just lets the current user base use their product.

Maybe this was cool when it began earlier this year but now every gig I see pop up has 10-15 or more applicants within minutes of posting. It’s just another rat race and I’ve never had a client follow through when they actually contact me because they have 15 other pros trying to undercut eachother. Feels more like dating apps these days where you can’t even get a response because everyone is inundated with dozens of needy “applicants”

This app crashes more often than any other app on my phone. Great app otherwise but they need to fix the crashing issues. I've had issues over various updates.

i love this app, i’ve been on it for the past few months and being able to network and connect with different creatives, finding people to help out on my creative project/ventures is the most fulfilling part! so underrated. no other app like NOVA ⭐️

The app that has been needed for years. I get so much monies

The app has been a bit glitchy for me, freezing my phone when moving too fast between pages. I’d love if there was an access point through a browser rather than just the app so I can easily upload materials to my portfolio and surpass the glitching! Outside of that, it’s a great resource.

The App is very well designed and I appreciate all the updates that the development team has been implementing to improve the experience. Although I’ve been active in posting work, and responding to project requests for over 6 months, I have yet to receive any reply or views. The community seems to be only useful for individuals in LA or NY.

I was hesitant at first but honestly give gotten 3 big jobs in 1 months of being on the platform. Nova is the future !!

Always skeptical about hiring through apps but the quality of people and ease of use is amazing. Will def be back to hire more creatives

The connections I’ve made thanks to NOVA are incredible. Easy to navigate and even easier to find talented and skillful people. There’s no reason to go somewhere else when it comes to finding and posting job offers.
