I have been using Novadontics since 2019. This unqiue platform is beyond practice management needs. The module for patient management is very unique… all patient photos, forms, notes, consents are in the same area and unlike other softwares you don’t need to go back and forth trying to find out where they are located! One more amazing thing ? You can text/email/print consent forms and post op instruction forms to patients so they can sign and done ! Major plus is the customer service, when in doubt or having a trouble just call or text so no more answering machines or endless waiting! A big plus is that they listen to you and will make changes very quickly to accommodate your needs at no time. I can’t cover all the wonderful features that I enjoy on daily base practice! But one thing I can assure you, you will enjoy the platform anywhere on your computer or ipad or phone! It worths your time and money. Novadontics will keep you organized, up to date and productive; furhetemore, you’ll stand out of other providers and you will hear that from your own patients.
