Recharge Issue

I have topped up with 599 pack but the coins are not reflecting in the account. Can you please help me here!

Same thing happened with me. I topped up for ₹599 two times but it wasn’t credited even once. Don’t know what is the error. I was getting hooked to this book. Also I sent all the screenshots and proofs to the email mentioned but still no response. Very disappointed. I hope to get a response soon

So I have been obsessed with Novelsago books This one book where I am hooked is The Alpha Chose Me but when the top-up was asked and I did the transaction, you guys were not updating my coins and the transaction made by me was of 999 where i have proof and everything and customer service as well is not responding, this is very disappointing 🥹

Save your time

As an avid reader this kept popping up on Facebook. So I downloaded the app and read 19 chapters then they wanted me to buy credits for the next chapter. Um ok.. after looking at the amount of credits I would need to finish off a book of 200 chapters it would cost around 50.00.. no book is worth that! Get kindle or heck go to the book store!

Unlocking chapters

A lot of typos in the stories that a basic editor should have caught. I’m not a fan of earning coins to unlock chapters. You should at least be able to unlock a chapter a day. The stories are good but waiting to earn coins to read the next chapter causes me to lose interest.

Love the book hate the charge

The books are great!!! But why am I spending so much coins for such a tiny chapter and I don’t like not knowing how many chapters are in the book spent like 30$ already and the book still isn’t finished

Ridiculous pricing

Check the pricing before you start reading….. chapters are super short and require 47 coins to unlock each one…. I started a book with 366 chapters then realized it would cost me $100 to read the entire thing - this is a joke. Plus tons of spelling mistakes, and although it seems to take place in the UD there are tons of British phrases incorporated in which feel odd to me- don’t waste your money. They should have an annual subscription model to be more accessible. Anyhow I have deleted from my phone.
