Hi novelship, I enjoy buying from your site but lately I’ve faced a problem with “make offer” option, I not sure if glitch or something else when confirming offer “product not found” appeared. Please help me resolve this issue.🙏

Just as title suggest, their courier (janio /dhl) Will steal ur product. And wont get full refund. !!!!

Was scouting around for a Samba last week, managed to buy one that was listed at the low price of RM411. The seller did not ship out the product, and after reaching out to novelship, the sale was cancelled. The same product now sells for RM734, just one week later. Basically they can choose to not honour their sale if they feel the demand (and price) increases.

The payout is super slow, and the penalise system is so bad. Learn from Alias and how they treat the sneaker that not passed. I’m deleting the apps and won’t come back. Goodbye.

Good apps, bought and sold a few shoes but please make a local only mode. For example i bid a shoe for rm500 but because it was from other countries i was made to pay the duty import fee rm120,delivery rm66. Now the shoes is more expensive than the one in retail shop. Better i buy from retail then..pls show a notice about the duty fee on the checkout page..
