This guys lives in 90th, they have never heard about user experience, honestly, have you ever been on the cinema website, people are getting old while getting response on click, I thought app is better, it’s turned out the same! So sad, first impression is the website, ruined image, because of not being able to develop normal website and application.

This is the worst app. It always says error and “monthly limit exceeded” even though I haven’t booked a ticket for the past 3 months. I tried several bank cards and all are same. Unfortunately, there is no customer care team to support. Totally disappointed :(

Better to remove the app from the App Store until basic features like payment are sorted.

This is one of the pathetic performance booking App. You will find difficulty in signing up and there will be server error while booking.

App crashing every time on tapping dashboard or resent ticket confirmation. Cannot view reward points or get ticket confirmation on email or sms. Web login not supports apple id login. Please fix this as soon as possible.

Novo Cinema Qatar: App is really poor performance. Always found failure and error in its payment gateway stage. Raised complaints several times over the phone and on the counter, but still it remains same. Moreover, it’s not supporting Apple Pay. Nowadays even browser page provides Apple Pay feature, on top of their App. I repeat the Novo App (for Qatar) is very disappointing.

It is not accepting online payment which is very annoying and finally the app not doing what is mainly designed to do . Better to delete the app it is useless.
