NS International needs to be merged with that app!
The NS app is brilliant, very efficient and well convinced. BUT it misses some information on international and cross-border journeys. It would be much better to delete the NS international app, and only keep the NS classic app.
Catastrophic
On this app everything is done so that you make a mistake in your tickets and simply get fined by the controller who has no empathy and looks down on you.
Great app
Simple to use, journey planner works perfectly and always up to date
Gives the wrong trains
I was supposed to take a direct train to the airport but the train the app told me to take had a transfer that was not gonna announced by the app

Inefficient
Would really love the ability to at least store the form of payment if not Apple Pay. It’s a pain and a waste of time to have to reenter one’s credit card number for each transaction.
Very nice features
I experienced a few issues but everything was fixed after the latest update. The app is great with a set of handful features like "my tickets" section and bus real time tracking. I only which to be able to simply buy tickets from the app directly.
Efficiently brillant app !
Planning a train journey in The Netherlands become easy thanks to that excellent app and to the very good train network.
Missing international atitude
Dear Sir, I am deeply disappointed to be unable to use an international credit card. Only Dutch banks are available for on line payments. Do you know the expression 'To goDutch?'. Please change the narrow minded position for an international one . Thanks
