Spent three weeks holidaying in the Netherlands and this app was a godsend. The trip planner is easy to use, produces spot on results, and gives extra information that was so helpful for tourists like us (e.g. checking in and out between different rail providers). I wish the app for my local public transport was this good!

So I go through 27 steps to buy 2 tickets on the website, only to be alerted after I’ve paid that I need to download a proprietary app to see my tickets (or print but who does that in 2019?). 113MB (!!) later I have the app. I then go through several more steps to load the tickets to the app. Once completed (3 tries later) I finally have the tickets on this app only to get the option to also add my tickets to my iPhone wallet! Ever consider just giving travellers the option to add to the wallet after payment? Apple makes this available free of charge. Don’t know or care about the rest of the app, might be fantastic but this particular feature, for tourists, is pretty bad. Yes, glad I don’t have to stand in line at schiphol when I arrive but 20 minutes to buy a ticket? Really NS?

Clear layout and easy to use. I'd like to see the final destination (direction) of a train straight away without having to click on each individual leg of the journey to find out. Also better search functionality- if you only know the name of where you want to go ( ie not the postcode, address or nearest station) this app won't help you.

Ontzettend praktisch - alle benodigde treinreisinformatie in één app!

Ja hele fijne app om te weten welke trein je moet pakken. Maar ik woon in Empel dus ik pak van Empel de bus naar station ‘s Hertogenbosch dus meestal plan ik de reis in op Ns.. maar sinds de Ns app ineens heeft besloten om de haltes van de bus eruit te halen vind ik het geen fijne app meer.. nu moet ik perse de 9292 app downloaden en die werkt ook voor geen ene meter bedankt he.

Via de app kun je kaartjes kopen maar er is geen mogelijkheid tot kopen van een kaartje met 20 of 40% korting. Wel wordt aangegeven dat de optie bestaat maar je moet blijkbaar toch bij een automaat (met bijbetaling van een euro) deze kopen. Heel lomp

Deze travel planner is een prima app, behalve dan dat als ik met de bus ga er vaak staat dat ik aan de ene kant van de weg moet zijn, terwijl ik aan de andere moet zijn. Dit is vervelend, zeker als je ergens moet wezen. Er staat dan richting -plek prive- dus ga ik daar voor aan de goede kant van de weg staan. Vervolgens sjeest de bus aan de andere kant langs en moet ik een uur wachten want er gaat er maar één in het uur. Ik vind dit vervelend want ja. Ik mis nu gewoon van alles. Voor de rest prima app, goed te lezen en overzichtelijk.

Vrijwel onmogelijk dit te doen zonder eerst een halfuur de NS consumentenlijn te hebben gebeld. Een vliegreis boeken is vele malen makkelijker en in de auto stappen ben je sneller dan de verloren tijd om digitaal NS te boeken. Wanneer leert de NS eens een handige en vooral kloppende website te bouwen? Pak nu maar 1 voorbeeld: op de PC kun je al geen samenreiskorting regelen icm een dalurenkaart. Dan maar weer de auto !!!

Gekochte kaartjes via deze app worden niet meer geladen ! (iPad mini 5) Heb dit nooit eerder gehad !
