The app is really good overall. I just wish you could customize the days you want to go.
Super basic and easy to use platform
Simple and effective. I’ve used NSuns on and off for over 6 years now and every time I jump back on I see strength gains. I alternate between NSuns and NcFit and I can’t recommend them enough. Get after it!
Exactly what I was looking for. Super helpful and free. Very clean and easy to use. I know this can sound stupid and just do some simple math in your head but the weights are constantly changing set to set and (hopefully) different each week, it would be kind of cool to have a visual barbell calculator. That being said, definitely download this app if your doing nSuns

Not sure why he calls this 5/3/1 causes its not… reps-sets-percentages are all different from 5/3/1… will it build muscle yes is it 5/3/1 absolutely not
I love this app because it makes following the program easy. 99 percent of the time I just open the app and follow exactly what it says for a great workout. The app automatically calculates all weights and reps and even progresses you week to week based on your performance. For someone who doesn't want to spend free time researching, this is a great option.
