i cannot received any code for login in my mobile number.

I will never use it they just took money without any service, poor service.

Four days ago, I topped up my Virgin SIM with 400 AED, but the amount has yet to be reflected in my account. I contacted their WhatsApp support team, but unfortunately, I did not receive any assistance. Due to this experience, I would not recommend their service to anyone. I am giving them a rating of -10 out of 10.

First time to use the kiosk to buy a balance for virgin mobile . Transaction successful but payment failed!! Disgusting. I called the customer service and told me to download the app which I did because I wanted to have a data on my phone immediately. Why do we needed the app in the first place? Can you just credit it directly to my number provided? It was such an inconvenience. I searched for a free wifi area inorder for me to download it. I ended up going back home just to download it. When I called back, the customer service told me that it will be credited in my nt.wallet in 24 hours!!!! Are you kidding me? Poor, Worst, Disgusting transaction! Never again.

Hey team just wanted to say you all to add etisalat wallet (e&money) as per du wallet its there. It would make it more convenient for users like me.

Some time not loging properly

I loaded 50aed from kiosk, it ddnt work, tried customer care watsap and no one bothers to respond , called them, it took them 8minutes to answer and the agent said she cant do anything buh rather forward the complaint, the next day i was told to download the app which is equally useless coz it took a-whole day to verify my personal details , the netwrk was on and off after the next day i managed to transfer 50 aed to my mobile number which until now doesn't reflect whenever i check balance. Its been ts been 3 days the first recharge was 10th Jan 2024 . I used more credit to call for help and whats the point. The chat customer is also not helpful. I wouldn't recommend the service to anyone.
