I want to shop the contractor gear for Benny Moore but your app won’t allow me passed the email portion. Ive wasted so much time with it I don’t even like the clothes anymore. Sorry you chose this platform BM

I wanted to submit an updated review because the issue I had before was actually just UI/UX issues. I hadn’t realized at the time that the only way to leave a shop screen was to go back to the livestream/video portion. The X only exists in that window. There might be more intuitive ways to streamline that interaction.

Bought a hoodie in November, everytime I check the order it just says order confirmed and that I’ll be updated when it ships. Still hasn’t happened and then I received no response after submitting a customer service ticket on their app. Literally just tryna get the hoodie I ordered but I doubt it will ever come. Be wary.

I purchased an item from them over 2 months ago and I have received no updates on the item’s whereabouts. Customer service is just a loop of the same basic questions being asked and does not help solve any problems. I am not expecting to receive my purchase at this point and no refunds have been issued. This app is terrible and a scam.

Beware of fraud…paid a ton of money for a purchase that never arrived (6 months and counting)…customer service refuses to issue refund and has been absolutely no help at all! Continues to give me runaround to this day!!! Use this app at your own risk!!!

It just sucks

First of all if you order multiple items from the same place it charges you shipping PER item Secondly if you order an item and it goes out of stock, they don’t refund your money they call it a “ network issue “ they credit your account back the value of what you paid , you can only ever use the credits in increments of $20 and each time that only covers the shipping. Big waste of money and time Customer service not responsive as well

tried to cop the murakami xxl mouse pad and the app constantly crashed and buffered. Terrible app and would avoid spending money on it at all costs unless the item is exclusive.

Won a draw that said $0 for the prize. Then it charged me over $1000. Contacted customer service to get it resolved. Customer service was super condescending and unprofessional. Didn’t even look into it and kept referring me to terms of sales for final sale items! It’s a draw to win a product not a product purchase. Sent screenshots etc. But the only response i get is to read terms of sale. What about reading your own terms of drawing and prizes?
