You should have left an explicit version option available for Certainty in IGNITE. Your remastered version takes the teeth out of it. We all shouldn’t have to deal with the sensitive Sally’s. Your weak decision took the passion out of it.

Stay away from this app! I would describe it as a nightmarish black hole. I set up a free trial account using my Apple ID which in my experience has always been an easy way to log into something that may be only temporary. Today I got a text saying my free trial subscription was almost up - No date, just almost up. I attempted to cancel my free trial subscription and was prompted to log in to do so. My Apple ID would no longer work so I could not log in. I tried to set up an account with my email but was unable to do so because it said my email was already being used. I tried the forgot password link, went to my email and clicked on said reset password link . . . And that took me back to the log in page where I started where I could not log in or set up a working password. The system would not allow me to reset my password and wanted me to accept the suggested, long automatic password which was my only option so i accepted it. It was not possible to set my own password. No keyboard would pop up allowing me to key in my own password either - never had this happen before. When I tried to log in the system generated password, it was never accepted so I could not log in. I tried angling around this quagmire for almost an hour but always ended up on the same log in page which was the graveyard of this miserable excuse for a legit app. I tried the DELETE ACCOUNT BANNER and again that led me back to the log in page - back to the graveyard. I looked up the NuCalm phone number and called 3 different numbers but they were all disconnected and no answer at the “offices”. Then I called Apple and they could not help me as this app did not show up in media and purchases or subscriptions or payments. I tried using the answer bot in which there is no option to ask a question. The only course of action is to click yes or no after choosing a canned question that describes a generic problem. ALL pre-fab answers lead to THE GRAVEYARD! Of course they do!! So, there is no way to cancel the FREE TRIAL SUBSCRIPTION for NuCalm and I have no idea what the charge will be and there are ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS and NO possible way to ever cancel this monstrosity! AND, there is very sketchy to no pricing information that there is no direct access to, figures just appeared twice with two amounts but no options to actually select a price anywhere. NuCalm is a rogue app that according to Apple violates consumer privacy rights among others. This may be inadvertent or deliberate depending

Can’t play or download the 50 minute Sleep melodies because it’s behind the start button and can’t be selected!!!

It’s a gamble to get a track to play. Some days they play smoothly without any issues and other they just won’t play despite restarting the app multiple times.. very unreliable

I love using Power Nap to sleep at night and I use rescue to feel rejuvenated but relaxed.

There are 3x 30 min rescue tracks but when I download for offline playing it only saves 1. When I use my NuCalm app on android it saves all 3 and cycles between them. But my NuCalm app on android won’t download the 40 min or 70 min rescue while the iOS app does. Pretty buggy for the monthly fees required.

Commit to regular use and your mind and body will thank you for the investment in self care.

Power Nap and deep sleep are really good!
