Nudge for clients

The new update isn’t allowing me to save my workouts completely. It’ll only let me put in certain things but won’t let me edit it. Also, when putting in times for workouts, it glitches in the middle and resets the time.

I love the idea of this app. I also love how simple it is to use as a client and trainer. There are a few things I don’t like though. The biggest and easiest thing to fix is having the option in the Coaching nudge app to be able to make each daily ‘card’ have an option to send clients a push notification at a certain time. Otherwise clients forget to look at the app altogether and have a harder time to stay on track. As of right now, I only see the option to make a push notification through a private message. The other thing I’d like to see, but understand why it’s harder, is the option for clients to upload a video of themselves doing an exercise. For example, if I ran a push up or plank challenge, I have no way of knowing for sure if anyone has actually done the exercise. I know this would mean the nudge creators would need to do a lot of extra coding and need a ton of server space, so that’s probably not going to happen. I would mostly like to see a push notification option for programmed cards, and maybe a few more personalization options. Maybe set themes or something? This is definitely a good idea of an app, I’d just like to see a little more.

It is a very nice app. I LOVE keeping track of my chores. It is jus so fun and it makes me like chores.(wink wink)it is a very educational platform and now I know how to do college level calculus. I definetly recommend this app as long as you have enough money to pay for it.

Super frustrating that my coach cannot see my metrics

As a client, I do wish I could favorite cards that I want to review later on, instead of having to scroll through several cards to find the one I’m looking for.

Hello All, My name is Jessica. I wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts on this Amazing program and my Awesome guide Jordan, who has gotten me through so much!! I began my program with Jordan almost 8 weeks ago. Before I found Jordan and his program I was getting to the point of giving up. I was getting sicker and sicker. I went from being a healthy young, energetic, and strong willed young woman to a very weak and sick person. After years of battling Illness, stress, and trauma I found myself extremely sick. I went from running 5 miles a day to not being able to take a walk or get out of bed. My pain and nausea got so severe that I could not even eat foods I used to. It would take days to digest certain foods. I was afraid to go out to eat. I even had struggles keeping water down. I felt as though my body was shutting down on me. I then got the answer to my prayers as I came across Jordan’s post on Facebook of his program. The first glance at the picture of him eating a Jumbo slice of pizza caught my eye. I dreamed of eating a slice like that. I then clicked on and began reading. As I began this program I prayed for success. He helped me to discover the root cause of my struggles. He has gotten me further than any doctor. Doctors keep pushing useless pills on me and I have seen at least 40 Doctors and Jordan is the only person who has helped me get this far. I have began to notice improvements in my symptoms. I have began to feel hunger for the first time in almost 20 years. If anyone out there is struggling please give this a chance. This is an honest and accurate program that can give people their lives back. For the first time in almost 2 decades I see the light at the end of the tunnel. This program gives people hope for a future!!

I often have to restart my phone to “unstick” the app.

Great app if users take the time to read updates and maintain their daily records.

Other reviewers don’t seem to understand what the purpose of this app is haha. I find it a great way to keep in contact with my coach and track my info for them to best help me.
