Hi Nufa team i have got option to activate free trial on your website and put my card details then later you asked for me to install app I activated the trail again but however i didn’t want to use the app anymore but you keep on charging me i request you to kindly issue my refund as i have submitted request several times but there is no response

This app works terrible.
The app stopped working after the new update
My app instantly crashes when I open the app . When I started using app in the june . It was working totally fine. But after the recent update it started crashing.
