I couldn’t have asked for more help and support from Marie this morning. Thank You for all of your knowledgeable advice and kindness.

The app is a great idea and works great. The only problem for me is that intermittently it logs me out of my program for no reason.

The video of the exercises are very clear and I can have a video call with my therapist when I can’t be there. Extremely helpful.

This app was great with good videos, but if you don’t open it for a day or two it logs you out and you have to click the link from the physiotherapist again and authenticate yourself. So frustrating

App continually fails to work. Worked once, then won’t accept any text to enter date of birth to access physio program. Happened last time also. Needs some serious developmental overhaul!

The treatment I received today from Andrew Swinburne was extremely good. great at listening to patients problems, followed by professional guide to full exercise plan and great hands on massage treatment.

Program overview previous days sets as complete even if exercises are not completed

This app does nothing apart from helping you out joining the calls. Can’t access the exercise programs so can’t complete the programme properly. Useless.

I have been trying to get my exercises for over a month now - have deleted and reloaded the app numerous times. I can see the new exercises have been loaded but each time I click on them it just goes to ‘education’ and keeps going round and round and not loading - absolutely useless piece of kit

Physio added exercise programs. They didn’t load to the app although could see the notification. Very frustrating when you need to start the exercises. Other than being used for virtual appointments this app is as useful as a chocolate teapot
