Not just a medication to help. There is genuinely someone on hand to support and offer advice . Great service

I just started with the Numan app and have found that I cannot access any of the articles in the app’s knowledge centre! I made sure I have the most up to date version of the app but nothing works in this section of it!!

[Adjusted review] The team behind the pharmacy is apparently overwhelmed. My initial medication review ended up being 10 days instead of 49 hours. Since then I had another interaction either support and it took in general a day for each back-and-forth exchange. That being said, they were helpful, reasonable, and I do have medication that I need at reasonable price.

If I could put zero stars I would!!! I had paused / stopped my prescription and yet Numan have taken it upon themselves to unpause without authorisation and notice which has resulted in waking up this morning with an money being taken from my account. I was moving away from Numan due to being far more expensive than other online pharmacy’s, which I told them so this money being taken can only be seen a retaliation because I was looking to move to a competitor. I had spoken with a clinician about this who at the time was aware my account was paused. My account is now overdrawn, unable to speak with anyone, money stolen, and incredibly poor service AVOID AT ALL COSTS *in response to Numans comment on this post - I’m already in contact with your care team, your care team have confirmed my subscription was paused on the 10th of the month by written conversation on the 11th of the month….yet continued to take the payment without authority at the end of the month…..I would encourage everyone to use a pharmacy with more integrity.

The Numan app is both inefficient and frustrating

Price keeps going up with no results after 2 months then get told that I need to have a strict diet. If I knew that I wouldn’t have bothered signing up to it as I’m useless at dieting. I feel like I’ve been conned.

The personal coach is a lovely touch and much more supportive than I expected. Mine is Amy. I highly recommend NUMAN to anyone starting out.
