Easy to use and helps me keep track of my moods.
I literally can’t do anything without buying a subscription. If you are actually THAT worried about someone’s mental health, you at least shouldn’t make them pay
This app is incredible at doing what other apps couldn’t for me. I love the personal daily tracker, and also the very specific situations it presents you with and how you can best work through them. I’ve been looking for an app like this for way too long!
I’m not sure if it’s easy to fix. Tried to make an account. It doesn’t scroll down to “accept” I can’t tap it. I am not able to experience the good. I hope there’s an update to fix the problem soon. with iPhone SE 2
I was going to click the ‘maybe later’ button, because I can’t buy a subscription, but it’s not letting me. It goes right back up when I scroll to it. Not gonna get all conspiratorial, because it was probably unintentional, but I would appreciate to be able to access the free option. I’m on an iPhone 8, to clarify.
This app is a great option for people who aren’t able to make it to therapy every week. It’s also great for maintenance to keep yourself checking in with your mental health. I like the daily journal entries & the guided breathing activities. I love seeing something like this available to have help at your fingertips!

I never thought I’d find an app that felt like talking to my friends when it comes to my mental health. I love talking to my little alpaca friend about how my day is going and learning new techniques for dealing with daily stressors and anxiety. It’s also a great way to remember to check in with myself.
A great way to get into the habit of practicing self-care, mindfulness, and relaxation in an age where it's difficult to take a break. This is an app with a lot of potential and a beautiful mission.
