App is always freezing and it’s frustrating

NurseDash Shifts are in the US but Customer Service is outsourced. Outsourcing wouldn't be a problem if the Representatives provided direct and correct information. The Customer Service Representatives regurgitate the posted articles and have no further knowledge of NurseDash. You're better off crossing your fingers and hoping for the best.

I’ve been with NurseDash for several years and they have remain my #1 Agency through their exceptional employee engagement and support. Always swift on problem solving and concerns.

The app crash way too often

I truly hate this app, everytime i’m ready to pick up i’m stopped by the need for orientation paper work. I look on the app and it’s never there so you have to email them to get it. That takes time. Then after all the waiting and completion you my get another message saying you now have to wait until the hospital posts an orientation shift. That can go on for weeks i’ve seen for some facilities. like no point of having this app if it takes forever to book a job.

Love this app!! The app is very user friendly and shifts are easy to be picked up.

The app keeps crashing when I’m signing up

I love that I have full control of when, where and how I work. The ease of use is great and I can choose a multitude of different locations and facilities. Great way to try out different places without the commitment of a full time position.

This is my first time using NurseDash and it’s very easy and convenient. I love that I’m able to pick what shifts that suits my availability. I enjoy the updates of the app.to ensure the system is running smoothly. So far I’ve had no problems. I really enjoy using the app.

NurseDash is the best app for travel nursing! I had been to beautiful places and made daily pay instantly! NurseDash is the best app ever!
