Functions awesome, UI leaves a lot to improve

As far as functionality is concerned, this app (and the other ones in the “set”, Glow, Nurture, Baby, are by far the best I’ve found. However, I regularly go looking for other apps because the user interface is not great. The visuals are busy and a bit messy, there’s a lot going on on the home screen, you can’t hide features you don’t use (like the registry or community features for me) or rearrange the order in which your logging favourites appear. You also can’t add your own symptoms or moods, which is the only function that is a bit lacking. Nurture has the option to keep logging your own log after birth, a feature which is worth using it for even if it had nothing else going for it - every other app I’ve tried just stops caring about the mother the minute the baby is born (as does much of the rest of the world it seems). Nurture gives space to the time between pregnancy and going back to logging with Glow. I wish the UI and visuals would get a refresher though 🙂

Little confusing

I switched from the original glow app when I got pregnant. They work fine but the apps show different duration for my pregnancy with the same info.. kind of takes away credibility.

Awesome app

Love it

Way better before

I used this for my pregnancy in 2021 and it was great! I go to use it for my 2nd pregnancy for 2023 and it’s so difficult to navigate through and the ads are terrible. It’s very pushy to buy/ subscribe.

Sketchy

The user interface is overstimulating and reminds me of Temu or SHEIN in that there are lots of pop-ups and moving pieces advertising different things. The sketchiest part is that when I went to cancel my free trial, the app did not even show up in my subscription list. So there was no way to cancel. Yikes.

Have to be 16 or older.

this is insane to me. what about the teen mommys? TERRIBLE.

Doesn’t work half the time

Whenever I screenshot cannot go back to where I originally was at. Cannot find topics at all at random times of the day. Very frustrating

My fav pregnancy app!!

I absolutely LOVE this app!! I love the 3d image of what my baby looks like at each stage, all the information and articles, and I especially love the community section where you can make posts and reply to other people’s posts. So great for that support you really need while you’re going through pregnancy, esp if you’re doing it alone (without a partner). I’ve found the support from this app to be so beyond helpful!

Worse now

This app was much better 5 years ago with my first pregnancy. I haven’t had many complaints at all. But I just hit 12 weeks, and now I can’t read a single article on there since they’re just pushing their paid premium subscription. So, now that I’m about to be out of the first trimester, this app is useless because I’m not paying for it. This app is less about pregnancy now and more about trying to sell supplements, premium subscriptions and I guess it’s time to find a new one.
