Creating new account , hang , doesnt work properly, keeps saying something is wrong with your pasport number or visa or border number . While everything is correct filled. Not working properly! And helpdesk not efficient to solve this matter , keeps me asking to contact different departments..while the problem is not figured out.

U can only book a permit once’s after that u cant get one for 365 days (1 year) and they didnt state that anywhere in the app the app isnt clear at all
