Nuvision Card Management

I've been trying to send money for the past 5 days through Zelle but I get an error saying it's not in use. So frustrating! I'm seriously thinking of switching to a different credit union.

So obsessed with this app! Extremely easy to lock my card and mange the pin. Thanks NuVison!

This app is great because it allows you to lock and unlock your card at your convenience.

The new app is not customer friendly! No account balance anywhere! No easy transfers. No detailed account information.

This update has been very frustrating to use. The mobile app does not show the screen correctly on my iPhone. Also,I didn’t see my paycheck deposit. I called customer service and was told the deposit showed on their end, but for unknown reasons, did not show on my end. I wonder what other transactions I’m not able to see. I suggest the software developers look at BofA or Chase mobile banking—those are much user friendly.

Can’t find balance anywhere & I will be livid if I have over draft fees

Can’t access my account!!!! The app is not clear, does say to enroll or use previous account. Don’t like the new format and I am one who likes change.

I’m not opposed to the thought behind the app but why couldn’t it just be incorporated in the last one? The last one was convenient and looked really good. I hate not being able to check my balance and having to manually go through to calculate it. But it gets confusing to do that even because of all the double transactions that pop up. The idea behind the app isn’t bad. But again, this could have been incorporated in the last app which was more to my liking.

This is not the NuVision mobile banking app! This is strictly for your NuVision cards. Makes it super easy to check balances, see pending and approved transactions, make payments on cards or validate cards for travel.
