NX Bus mTicket

I have been to 10 shops today and they have said that they do not do bus passes. Change to pay point. It’s getting ridiculous now.

Not everyone can afford to live on the latest Apple software update. I’m currently on ios 14 and half of the travel and finance apps I NEED TO LITERALLY LIVE MY LIFE dont work. I have to resort to paying extra for a swift card online which I can’t afford in this cost of living crisis

Downloaded at the bus stop only to be told by the driver “you can’t use those tickets, those buses don’t come down this road” So had to pay twice. No wonder public transport is dying in the UK.

Can someone tell the software developer WE HAVE ALL GOT IT! Every TIME I open the app I get the how to use screen! 4 times a day; 7 times a week; 52 weeks of the year and every year till I die. On my grave stone I am going to have craved HE GOT IT! 400 years later; take the crayons off the developer. Half wit! Now asking for your address when purchasing tickets; what are they using it for? No look up; type away the old way! Can select a country from a list; 100s before you get to the Uk. Must have buses all over the world? What a poorly designed app.

Bus 22 aldermans green Coventry was supposed to be in my bus stop at about 8:34am 1/3/2024 ,but got delayed for 10 minutes he got to the bus station and didn’t wait .. he just drove past as if he didn’t see me and my son under the rain with an umbrella in the bus station … I didn’t delay him and he needs to be cautioned about it

I paid for the day saver but the QR code does not scan. I called customer service and they said I should reinstall the app. It still doesn’t scan. This is the fifth time.

I made the mistake of not checking why the app already had a 2 star review and it’s the worst decision I’ve ever made. No app this bad should be allowed in the App Store. Purchased a 4-week ticket and I’ve had to explain embarrassingly to every driver why I can’t scan my ticket. Can’t log in with my details, can’t speak to any customer service agent about the issue, filled an online form, yet no response. It’s impossible to believe there’s an app experience this bad in 2023. Just shows the company has no regard for their customers. I would rate it 0 star if i had the option.

NX is the most unprofessional and unreliable public transport company I have ever seen.

So I’ve been using this app since it was introduced and had a coupe of niggles with it but nothing major, but having arrived home from holiday I’m unable to load the app (blank red sceeen) so I’m no longer able to do anything, and my app is up to date

My app is not working I have a ticket too as soon as I click on the app nothing appears
