NYC Ferry

Tired to download the app twice because it was glitchy, payment options wouldn’t load and by the time i could get the page to work to add a payment method it was impossible to select Canada in the payment info for my card. Not tourist friendly i guess…

Really easy to use however the credit card information only works if you’re a US citizen. If you are visiting from abroad, best way to buy tickets on this app is through Apple Pay

Worked perfectly. Easy to get the tickets and to use the ferry system.

Type in Brooklyn bridge for a destination and the app crashes. Erased app and reinstalled. Unusable. Had to pick a different mode of transportation during my entire trip.

App constantly crashed and closed before I could even use it during my trip. No bueno.

Garbage everywhere, creepy stalkers always brushing and nudging your unmentionables trying to cop a feel. ALMOST as bad as the mta.

The boats are fast. The lines are filled with furious people.

The app works seamlessly and the commuting experience is the best.
