Nymbl Training

I downloaded the app and they asked me for registration information. After I filked it out I got a screen telling me they couldn’t find me in their system. Duh! I am trying to register for the first time. So far this is totally useless rubbish and disappointing.

Since I have gotten older my balance has gotten off kilter. Nymbl exercises have helped me become more steady. I am very grateful for this app.

Nymbl is a fun and critical way to improve balance in older adults. I’ve noticed a decrease is balance over the years and love this quick app to do a few exercises daily to improve my balance. Playing games while doing simple balance moves solidifies balance parameters in the brain to decease falls

I liked it because it seemed to help improve balance and bladder training. It is easy, takes little time a few days a week. I just had a hard time remembering to do it without a reminder. It is a great exercise and I did see improvement especially with the bladder training.

For whatever reason, I cannot register. I keep getting a notice to go to customer support…and I have now emailed them multiple times to no avail. So, I guess I’ll chalk it up to apparently a good product and wretched customer service. Very disappointing!

This form of Nymbl training is much more motivational than the original Training Program

Extremely beneficial. I’ve stumbled or tripped over something g a couple of ones and was able to regain my balance. I attribute my not fall to Nymbl app. Thank you for whomever created this! I will definitely share with family and finds.

During exercises I cannot hold both feet up. My iliac muscle really hurts.

Easy, low pressure, short exercises

I’m only into my second week of Nymbl but I’m impressed so far and it is actually enjoyable. I’m hopeful that the stated purpose, to prevent falls, will be accomplished.
