NYMCU Mobile Banking

This app always has an issue with depositing checks and it’s annoying. I have to go in person to just deposit a check and wait on very very very long lines

Great bank I love the fact that the minimum on a account is gone and I love all the rates mcu offer but mcu to be that 6 out of 5 we need Zelle

Its 2023 and the mobile deposit does not work ! The customer service and wait times are INSANE ! and of course after waiting no one can help the ATMs pick and choose which functions they want to allow every morning & the you cant cash checks they literally just up load it to your account for you and u still have to wait for it to be available

MCU gives me not only confidence but comfort.
