NYMCU MyCard

I use this app to lock my card to thwart off any unsuspecting charges. However, the app doesn’t work when I need to unlock my card and it’s impossible to get in contact with someone to help when needed. This is the 3rd time there has been glitches with this app in the past few months and is unacceptable.

This app used to work with no issues. No I can’t sign into the app at all. It needs to be updated ASAP

So hard to set up

I get a notification that my card was used and then I click it and it will bring me to the app. Nowhere in the app can you then view these transactions. It makes no sense.

MCU been around for years I closed my account cause I couldn’t see my balance n had to wait to the morning to call or go to a atm cause the app wouldn’t open or it wouldn’t open if I tried the online way. This been years ago like 2007 an it’s 2022 it’s still doing the same thing!!! I have a up to date phone so it’s not that.

I never could sign in on the app, it always tells me my password is wrong. I am only able to sign on , on the desktop. So this app would force me to reset my password all the time until I figured out what was going on.

Thanks for having this app it’s easy convenient and safe knowing my card will be monitored

Blocked my card and unable to unblock it and have to go in to get a new debit card, make that make sense 😡

Unable to add card to my Apple Pay wallet. Tried to call the bank but unable to contact customer service even after an hour hold time. Horrendous!
