Love the idea but it refused to scan my passport and on the iphone you can’t enter double-barrelled names so couldn’t even add manually. Ended up doing on the PC!

Super easy to navigate and to do early

Scanning tool didn't work on repeated attempts from 3 latest Australian passports. Details entry for where I'm staying etc kept timing out and making me start again, and again and again. Needed to switch apps to get my address and bam it kicks me back to r the start AGAIN. Try getting the obvious bugs out of an app before releasing it on the public

When trying to paste or switch between apps this app is resetting all your input in the fields. So annoying. Especially when you tried to put address of your stay in NZ. How else could I enter it?! Only copy and paste!

If you have forgotten you can complete while waiting to de plane!

They said the new version fixed issues with scanning passports but that is not true. The app is absolutely useless without that functionality.

And the app also doesn’t allow us to add our details manually. Honestly, scanning the passport is pretty much the only thing the app has to do right so I can’t understand why they are not fixing this issue once and for all.

I used the app at Christmas time and it saved a lot of time when I arrived in Auckland. It’s quick and easy plus makes it better at the border too.

This is much much better than having to compete the forms on the plane. Well done and thanks.
