OBD Mate

Was working fine and then started to have issues (crashed when opening). Had to delete and re-install, set up the dashboard again... Worked for a few weeks and then all of a sudden it would crash when opening again. I’m stuck in that cycle as it continues to work for a short period, and then fails to open. Useful when it works, but a pain to set up each time.

Bizarre. Who would put out an app update without testing it first. The latest update crashes as soon as it is opened. Any plans to fix it?

Some how to won’t connect after iPhone has been updated. Not sure if it’s the device or app. Not a happy camper. Need a refund.

The app stopped working after iOS 16.4 update. Fortunately I have an older I phone that still works with this app. Please update so my current iPhone and ipad can access it

It used to work before iOS 16. The app opens but I cannot connect to the reader. Too bad. What happened?

This update will not work with this device. It will not connect. I had to go find the old iPhone that was 10 years old in order to get it to work. You need to work on that problem because it does not work with the new update from iPhone.

I have upgraded the software firmware is not communicating with evu shows error

My truck literally tells me service traction control and it says my truck is good I don’t even think it really connected it says it did but it did nothing happened

Nowhere does the manufacturer mention that their software is not kept up to date for Apple devices. It will not work with iOS version 14.0 or later. Don’t know how far back one would have to go for it to be compatible.
