Doesn't even save your scans. Something so basic but necessary. This thing was $60 mor expensive and doesn't even do basic stuff

Paired once on IOS then stopped connecting.

Paired the first time I tried on iPhone but wouldn’t reconnect. Had to delete app, delete adapter from Bluetooth connections in iOS settings, restart phone, reinstall app, then pair adapter again.

Latest Update Causes Random Disconnects

Using with an iPad Mini 5, has been very reliable for years but the latest update causes random disconnects from the OBDLink MX+. Will bump to when that is fixed.

Wish it were a CarPlay app

Over the last decade I’ve used quite a few OBDII apps. Some, like this and Carista are for use with their own Bluetooth dongle. Others work with any OBDII reader. This is one of my favorites. Given the dashboard of gauges they provide, this would be great as a CarPlay app. I’m not sure if the decision to not make this a CarPlay app lies with the developer or with Apple’s CarPlay program.

Missing Advanced Diagnostics for BMW and VW

This is the best OBD app but it’s missing crucial Advanced Diagnostics for BMW Group and VW Group vehicles so can’t recommend.

I’ve been using and learning about these for about a year. The more I learn the more I’m impressed by what it can do. Their technical support is WONDERFUL. They are quick to respond to questions and very patient. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this app!
