Reaching out here as app support button isn’t working - some of the regular features of the app on my iPad tablet (OS 18.5) are not working: - download - all filters (except for gym, friendly, popular songs and one other I can’t recall. Can’t filter for class type, length, etc I can not update software due to storage capacity - hope you can address quickly

I strongly advise against doing business with Obe Fitness. Over the last two years, they have charged me for a service I was unaware I was still subscribed to. They provided no notifications of subscription renewals or charges, making it impossible to know I was being billed. When I reached out to request a refund for the unused service, they refused to issue any refund at all and could not even provide receipts for the charges. Their customer service is nonexistent—there is no phone number to speak with a representative, and email responses are dismissive and unhelpful. After researching the company on BBB, I found that many others have reported similar complaints, indicating a pattern of deceptive billing practices. Their response to my issue was essentially to dispute it with my credit card provider instead of addressing it themselves—proving that they have no interest in ethical business practices. If you’re considering using this service, beware. They make it difficult to cancel, fail to communicate important billing details, and refuse to work with customers when issues arise. This is not a trustworthy company.

I love all of the instructors, class lengths, and class types. Pretty much the only at-home workouts I’ve stuck with.

There is absolutely no way to cancel your subscription after trial period. Do not subscribe!

I once trusted Obé, but I only recently learned that they’ve been sneakily overcharging me for my annual membership over past 5 years after lowering the original fee I started with. I’ve tried reaching out to the company multiple times to reconcile this without ever hearing back. For a loyal member, you’d assume they would treat you better rather than take advantage of you. Not only are they an untrustworthy business, but the quality of their instructors has deteriorated significantly in the past year or so. Their app has also always been buggy, despite providing them with feedback many times. I’d stay far, far away.

Provides a variety of workout suggestions that you can squeeze in in a busy day. Or if you have the time, there are longer workouts. The instructors are enthusiastic which makes the workouts bearable if you’re not into exercising.

I really like the classes but not pleased they don’t have an app for my Apple TV. When I stream it to the TV it disables the music and put some generic music on there. I have never heard of FM.com - I just want an app for my Apple TV!

I’ve been a home gym fitness addict for years. I was offered a 90-day free trial to Obé, so I decided to incorporate into my fitness routine. It didn’t take long until I was addicted. I travel a lot, and I love that I am able to take my workouts along with me. My favorite place to do Obé is on the beach! I now have my favorite classes and instructors, and I finally feel like I have the community to get me out of bed in the morning earlier than I did when I was working out alone. I love that Obé has a variety of classes, class times, and instructors. My entire family participates in the workouts, and now I don’t know how I ever lived without the Obé instructors and community! Obé has been the best fitness purchase I have made in the past year and it is WAY cheaper than a gym membership!

I’ve been doing obe workouts since 2020 when the pandemic started. The variety of workouts and great instructors keep me coming back. I’ve started working out with obe when gyms closed, but kept with it because I loved it! I’ve done so many different workouts and I’m never bored. I used this app to prep for two pregnancies and to recover and get stronger postpartum. I love that there are different length classes so I can always find a few minutes to get some movement in. The instructors go just as hard for the ten minute classes as they do for the longer ones and I love that they encourage you to keep showing up even if it’s a shorter workout. I love this app!

I highly recommend Obe’ fitness for women. I am in my 60s and needed to regain strength and find something that is doable. Obe’ has been the answer for me. I love the option to do bite-sized classes and slowly build fitness. I started a year ago mainly doing Pilates and Sculpt. A year later I’m working on strength using weights. Something I thought I would never do. The choices and programs gave me the option to design what worked best for me. As a result, I’ve stuck with it, now have a fitness habit, and am much stronger than a year ago. Thank you, Obe’.
