Bad Bhavier with public

Just accept real Apple Pay like a real city would. This app stinks!

Ive bought a single use ticket twice just for it to say invalid when I scan it.

I buy a bus pass and activate it. Sometimes when I scan it after buying the bus pass it won’t work.

Finally, everything in one place conveniently and easily able to buy tickets and passes and get behind with life.

I have had this app for three years and the tickets are always buggy whenever I’m tried to use them but now I can’t even login as whenever I try to login a message appears that says error and it would tell me to check my email for a verification link but a email will never appear. This is heavily problematic for a college student like me, who is dependent on the bus to take me to and from college.
