Riddled with bugs for years that have not been fixed
The app is riddled with bugs and hangs up all the time, which is unacceptable for a subscription. The developer does answer reports now, but nothing is fixed anyway, so, little use this is.

I have cancelled my free trial. There is no way I will pay over $60 for a year of an app telling me to just think better thoughts over bad ones. Almost every page is rife with spelling and grammar errors. If you want to charge people this much, have the decency to at least clean up your writing. Outrageously silly , I mean really …
I’ve never felt strongly enough about an app to write a review until now, but I will for this one. I’m SO grateful for this app! I go to therapy once every two weeks. My therapist teaches me a CBT skill or two and then I’m left to practice on my own, which may or may not happen. This app is like a daily personal trainer for your mind, and I’ve noticed changes in my thinking even in the first trial week. I’m feeling stronger, more confident and more at peace. Considering the benefits, it’s well worth the money for a premium membership.
The content of the app is good
This app used to be really helpful for me! But once they added that ad that pops up when you open the app, it hasn’t loaded. It will just sit on the wave screen for minutes and not do anything else.
I discovered this app about 2 years ago when I realized that I had OCD. It has been absolutely instrumental and crucuial in my mental health journey. If I stop doing this app for a few days I absolutely notice the difference in my thinking and the behaviors. I am so grateful for it!
I was a bit skeptical of the app, but it immediately started uplifting me the moment I opened it. It has very digestible chunks of info and inspiration and it involves you on a very intuitive and reinforcing level. The only negative is actually in the pricing that it’s offered. It makes it sound like you must buy the one year subscription if you do it at all. That’s not so, but you have to dig and this seems a little bit deceptive to me.
I have been using this daily for about 4 days so far. I am currently not subscribed but I’ve been doing the free Anxiety module. I’m Not sure if they’re all like this and I was hoping it would change overtime, but every “lesson” seems to be a broken record of “instead of having these bad thoughts, have these good ones instead!” I don’t see how that would be helpful without any additional action, but every time I use it that seems to be all the “guidance” it gives. Im not sure if this would be helpful for anyone but it certainly isn’t for me, so far.
App is super buggy. They showed me a plan for 9.99 per month but actually it was 9.99 per week. Modules kept getting stuck and the app had to be restarted
I really like this app. I love the drawings and find it a relaxing way to practice positive thinking. I hope they rename it so people know it’s good for anyone working on positive thinking and not just people with OCD. Thank you!!!
