Just bring back the tokens. The app is utter garbage, never been able to top up or check balance on cards. And the ques for machines are a drain on what is supposed to be a fun day out.

Bring back tokens! This app and the cards you use are a mess, I got ripped off because you can’t see your balance or see how many tokens you have. The machine said insufficient funds when I scanned then when I’ve checked the app at home I’ve been charged for the scan. I hate using these cards. I want to physically see how much I have to make my time at the fairground less of a worry. I hate having to keep going to machines to check the balance.

The app constantly fails to load and even on the rare occasions it does load it crashes again after a few presses of some option buttons. Complete waste of time and unbelievably frustrating!

Downloaded app hoping to top a card I got last year and the app won’t even load. Waste of time

The app does not work. When you register with mobile number and email the app advises a OTP will be sent. Nothing arrives despite attempts from myself and my husband. Not fit for purpose.

This is not a very good app it doesn’t work I have put my phone number in and my email but still it does not send me an otp and it doesn’t let me press send again cause the numbers are in the way and I can’t get them down. It is very annoying . I have tried multiple times but still it doesn’t work. I know I have put the right email and phone number in but it does not send me an otp.I do not recommend .

Downloaded this app at the fair; tried to register but it didn’t send an authentication code, so I bought a card there instead. Tried again next day, and this time got the code. So now I want to top up the card I bought for another visit - which app says I can do - but now it wants me to log in with a password that the app never at any point asked me to set! Totally confusing and utterly user-UNfriendly…I don’t come to a fairground to spend 25 minutes squinting at a phone screen, trying to guess how to use it, whilst my kids stand around me getting increasingly impatient and upset. Great idea; awful execution
