Convenient

I love the new app! I lost my physical library card but it’s no problem because I can use my phone now. I also love that I can easily view the books I’ve checked out and their due dates. Ditto the Holds. So convenient and nice!

Barcode disappeared

Loved having my card with the barcode in the app. Somehow it has disappeared? Deleted card and app and reinstalled and reloaded card MANY times. Still no barcode. So frustrating!

Where’s the barcode?

This app USED to be great, but the barcode no longer shows up. This renders the self-serve check out process almost useless. It’s useful for requesting holds.

Bug filled software update

OSLRI updated its app & boy did they NOT get their money’s worth. I have an iPhone & nothing on the app works for my account. I can’t access my holds list. I can’t access my reading history. I can’t access info on overdue fees or fines. I CAN’T REQUEST BOOKS!!! Lousy product. Circasst

Not sure what happened

This app was perfectly usable until today. It no longer works. The digit downloads section is a blank screen that only allows me to reset my library card. I had tons and tons of books saved and on hold and can no longer access them.

App works awesome!

I use this app several times a week requesting books for pickup. It helps keep track of items on hold, items on checkout, and items ready for pickup. My family has been reading even more books lately because of how convenient it is to browse for and request books.

Major design issues

I was so excited for this app! The website is not great and not that easy to search for items. So I was excited however. The app is not much better. The app is on a white background with off white/tan lettering so pretty much invisible. It took me forever to even add my card to the account as I had to guess. The words are literally invisible and couldn’t tell where username / password went. The search is the same. In accounts, super confusing to see the status of your holds. Can you please fix pronto! Otherwise, unfortunately, will have to delete.

Couldn't be better!

Love the convenience of having my digital card, borrowing record, the catalog, and the contact info for every library on my phone. So much more accessible than the mobile website!
