I truly enjoy how OceanFirst deals with its customers! They are always professional and courteous! The mobile features are awesome!

WiFi seems to have a lot of problems

I’ve been using this app for mobile banking for a while and it works great for most of my needs. My only complaint is that up until recently, I was able to have a widget on my iPhone home screen that shows the balance of my account, and that feature was removed and is no longer accessible. I used it daily to easily check my account and it’s extremely inconvenient that it was removed as a feature/widget.

Not user friendly since loan payments outsourced to differnt billing site , since than my credit score went down 40 points. Some how one of my loan coded as faulted . I went to Ocean First branch, called customer support but nothing change useless. I can’t wait to get my business some other bank. Few more months interest rate go down and I’m out of this bank. I gave been working with them 25 years. There is no customer loyalty. Very disappointed…..

Can u update the widgets to be able to use them on iOS 18 please

Quick balance widget is no longer compatible with iOS 18. The app is great otherwise, but I wish the widget would be updated :)

Ocean First changed the app and removed the ability to transfer money between all accounts, including mortgage and HELOC and now I dislike this app very much. It was good, now it’s trash. Just like the interest rate on my savings account.

App woks only half the time.
