STUCK at Sernoa Station
The game is ok, but no matter what, when I reach Sernoa Station, I’m NEVER able to progress further in the game. Please make it easier.

I made it up to the beacon for the emblem of earth but they made a tiny space I had to crawl through so that the other characters couldn’t crawl through but I needed them to press the button so it’s impossible to do. Please can I have a developer response to this review
Absolutely love playing this game
I’ve always been into game dev and this game is epic! Keep up the good work (and graphics!!!)
Pretty good game, lots to do (around 20 hours for 95% completion). Did find the controls a bit temperamental at times and that’s using a Backbone. Worth playing tho. Never played Zelda but did feel a bit of a final fantasy vibe to it. Bits I didn’t like were that jumping off ledges/climbing down was very sensitive. You’d walk near an edge to look over and inadvertently do a kung fu ninja flying jump and somersault to your death. Was frustrating at times. Really needs to be incorporated with an action button or something, why can’t you just fall down instead of having to do an Olympic long jump to your death! Story was very slow, cut scenes were really drawn out and quite often took away the appeal of the actual story. A cut scene would start with what felt like 10 minutes of cinematic panning around before someone actually spoke. I ended up skipping a lot of the story because I just wanted to get on with the game and now have no idea what’s going on. It’s a shame you can’t go back into the game to finish tasks/collectibles and there’s no new game plus or anything. Lots of potential here for a better number 3. Would recommend tho.
The camera should automatically try to face the direction you’re travelling in. Instead, it’s manual screen rotation. On a mobile device, having to constantly adjust, renders the game needlessly tiresome to play. Panning while running is too slow. If there was a way to increase the sensitivity, that would help. Turning the camera feels heavy, sometimes having to swipe twice to get the camera back in position. It’s almost unforgivable given the beauty of the game. I really don’t understand why there aren’t options to increase the sensitivity or make the camera automatic given how polished every other aspect of the game is. You could even old school it and incorporate a button which allows the protagonist to perform a mini roll, do a 180 and the camera automatically faces the new direction. It’s a beautiful game, but really let down by, what I consider, a fundamental flaw. So close to being the greatest ever game on a mobile device.
This is a really good game but I felt that the ending was disappointing. After defeating Mesmeroth I felt that the story seemed to lose its plot and the Oceanhorn battle was a little flat. It took me 60 hours to complete the whole game which was challenging in many parts.Overall it was quite enjoyable but, for me, fell short of 5 stars.
Zelda for your iDevices. That’s all you really need to know. As it’s Apple Arcade you can play it across them too. It’s quite nice to play on the Apple TV and then continue on your phone on your lunch break. It reminds me a lot of Soleil, Story of Thor and Alundra: it’s like it’s obvious inspiration but takes time to introduce its own ideas too.
Wanted to enjoy this game only to find its a really lame clone of Zelda, firstly play with a controller since it’s near impossible to enjoy with touchscreen controls as there is no lock on feature, jump off points and collecting stuff is extremely specific and stringent, you have to be a certain distance or position for it to work, story is forgettable I uninstalled in the end
If you liked the first Oceanhorn you will love this sequel. And even if you haven’t played the first I’d still give it a try( I myself haven’t played the first). But the problem it has is when I finished the main story line I thought I I’d be able to go back 100% complete it. But no. To 100 you have to do it one go. That’s a big issue for me because I like finishing the main story and then fully completing it.
