Octa trading app

Generic feedback, agents on chat have no supervision. They constantly transfer you between agents to avoid dealing with the issues. No commitment of feedback deadlines all around. Having been dealing with them for a while. Seems it’s the norm. I wouldn’t suggest using them as withdrawals is an issue but deposits they are more than happy to take.

I’m never trading with these guys again, the deposit process was smooth but when I wanted to withdraw I had to use Skrill or Neteller, I couldn’t withdraw into the same bank account with which I’ve made the deposit.

This is one the worst apps I’ve ever used. You can’t even use it in landscape even though you are supposed to analyse on TradingView. MetaTrader is way better than this, WAY BETTER!!

Where is the IOS copy trading app?

Im using the app on an Iphone10x and the GUI is wonderful and gives the impression of a high performance trading app, however, the experience is lacking. The app doesn’t refresh on certain pages; I have to go back to the landing page all the time, in order to tigger a refresh, or kill the app altogether. This gives a sense of unreliability, especially since it deals with our money. Ive had to uninstall mine and go with an alternative, for peace of mind.

This broker is a scam. I deposited money and even after 24 hours it hasn’t been processed. They do not assist at all!!!!

I have submitted required documents for verification process on 4/6/2024, but still not getting any update from Octa now. You guys don’t want me to deposit and withdraw?
