OctoApp for OctoPrint/Klipper

How do we get support for Klipper-based Printer firmwares… for instance the new printers coming from Creality, FLSUN etc. that have open end web UIs based on Klipper? It will be good if we can plug into those printers.

I’m an avid OctoPrint user and this app is absolute perfection. I use it constantly and I never have issues. The developer is continually adding features and fixes. Worth every penny. Highly recommended. To the developer: you’ve built a really great app here, keep up the amazing work.

This app works perfectly as a mobile friendly way to interact with octoprint, it also has file upload capabilities and also a camera wiget to see the status of the print. My only complaint is that addons don’t add ui elements to the ui.

If you have a 3D printer connected to OctoPrint, this is the best way to access that from your phone. You get a great UI, support for many top OctoPrint plugins, and it fits in your pocket.

Can’t connect. YouTube link was not helpful. Fix, don’t use any URL from octoeverywhere. Use your printers IP first!

I wish this app had iOS widgets like Octopod does. I like being able to check my print status at a glance without having to take up my live notification spot. EDIT: The dev reached out to me and said I can get access to these features early through the testing branch. I like this dev.

I have an OctoPrint installation running my 3D printer, and have tried several apps to interface with it, including the mobile view of the web interface. This is by far the best interface to control OctoPrint I’ve tried, and is well integrated with system-level features like notifications and live activities. The developer is also constantly pushing out improvements, is open to feedback, and publishes helpful videos walking through new features. I couldn’t recommend it more.

Let’s face it, we have a lot of apps on our devices now. But how many of em let you actually create an object, any object you can think of, straight from your phone into the real world. A physical object, from one app. Anywhere in the world. The functionality built into the app natively is very well done. The plugin support brings it to the next level. The developer, should you have questions, seems to be cool. Very responsive and helpful. 10/10
