Hello! I have been searching for a work time recording system for many days and finally decided to join office time because of the MacOS app. The functionality of the MacOS app is very satisfying although there should be done some improvements: 1) Quick Report window – Date column: I miss the name of the days (fr, sa, so…) because when adding an event that was some days ago you always have to calculate… 2) Quick Report window and main window should be integrated – there is no need to separate them because you need to open both windows to work with the software intelligent… 3) Edit – Resync With iCal … massage: office time resyncs automatically: Bad joke! When you add an event in iCal and input the project name only, office time imports the events automatically but do not complete all of the data (prior category…); so you HAVE the click on resync to refresh at all! Is it a bug? Unfortunately the iPhone app is not really usable for my workflow because of the bad connectivity. The data exchange happens on wifi (private network) and surprisingly not with the dropbox! Its genius working with iMac and McBook Pro wired with the same office time data file on the dropbox. You do not have the care and think about how office time for MacOS works when switching between your computers but… the iPhone app follows a completely other connectivity it does not communicate with your dropbox. Every time you had used the iPhone app you have to activate a private wifi network transfer the iPhone data with wifi, proof it… When you added a new category or project you cannot trust if all your data was synced... That’s annoying! I use worklog for iPhone instead but it is as inappropriate as the office time iPhone app. 4) Please implement the dropbox connectivity in the iPhone app! To conclude, I like office time because it is a stand-alone app. Many other services donate user time. The dropbox functionality is genius and also the easy way to use the MacOS software. I intensely hope that the points I listed above will be implemented soon that office time becomes fixed and a really “I-need-it” app. Thanks for your attention and your good work.

Syncing to desktop companion app works like a charm, UI is practical, has been running stably since installation.

Been using the beta version for many weeks. This app is 100% reliable, well designed, easy to use and to the point, in short a joy to use and a time saver in itself. Paired with the desktop companion and the automatic syncing it's a killer. Go check out the lite and demo versions on the website. If you track time it's a must. Was somewhat disenfranchised with the app over syncing issues but support saved the day. Not only was it timely but cleared up my syncing issues completely. Use this app daily- would highly recommend to anyone needing to keep track of time related jobs.
