Full of bugs
Still cannot upload a profile picture even after the latest update which promised ‘bug fixes’. This is just basic for an app and the fact it just errors all the time when trying to do this is staggering for a club this size. Also takes over a week to reflect new membership status. Massive improvements needed.

awful app, wasted 45 pounds on a spurs play subscription that doesn’t even work
Absolute awful app!
An absolute awful app. Me and other friends have encountered so many problems. • The app keeps trying to encourage me to become a member despite already having a One Hotspur membership. • There’s no direct section to buy tickets. You have to go to the Buying ticket guide. Then click on a highlighted link to tickets. • Once I’ve bought a ticket to a game there doesn’t seem to be anywhere to show I’ve bought a ticket to a game in the app. • On Spurs play, there are free videos to watch. However, the app is telling me I need to be logged in despite being logged in already. For a multimillionaire company, you’d think they would be able to provide a decent app that’s easy to use. I really hope the developers can rectify these problems. It’s ruining my experience as a One Hotspur member.

It is a great app and quite a lot of fun I can watch highlights, listen to the commentary, and can buy official spurs content

Notifications stopped working
Deleted the app for the summer and then redownloaded for the new season. Notifications have stopped working despite being on the latest iOS and ensuring notifications are switched on. Can a dev help out please?

Lazy management of this app. Many areas need updating. Someone is not doing their job.
Spurs play problems
I was looking forward to the new Spursplay service and was pleased to see the option to AirPlay or Chromecast to a TV from the app. But…. Airplay from my iPhone to. My Apple TV only shares sound… no images. I only have this problem with this app. Chromecast. It works (sort of) on my Sony TV but just too unreliable. It stops for no reason and will not reconnect to the TV until the app is closed. You then need to restart whatever you are watching from the start. I also sometimes get an error message telling me I am watching on more than 2 devices (which I am not). Both of these issues are annoying and I would not trust watching live matches through either method. This needs sorting urgently. Update: The video issues have been resolved but live audio commentary now doesn’t work. Very frustrating app.
