You guys forced an update that keeps showing an annoying message to grant access to users’ data despite EVEN turning off apps’ ability to do that. You guys are violating Apple’s ToS and I will proceed to file a complaint with Apple if you don’t fix it.

I can't log in because it's not accepting my password so I decided to make a forgot password like 10 times at different periods and am still not accept to log in It is Very Difficult to deal with it

Your service is such a poor service to use !! You dont have a COD payment method?!! In egypt?!! For real? So to order a fast food order i should have a debit/credit card to pay with?!! Lol, or through fawry😂 to go to any supermarket to pay the order, so strange and i am going to happily uninstall the app

I honestly never faced any problem with this app, i love it, love the offers, love the service Also i’d like to thank the great team working behind to make this app available

They are not sharing correct and accurate information about their offers on the app so you order and then they surprise you that they are not sharing all info with their clients they are dealing with And very bad customer service and they give you no solution for any problem you may face

برنامج زباله فدفع الفواتير ويعطل الواحد والفواتير تتعلق وتقعد من يوم ل ٧ ايام عشان يرجعولك الفلوس ومش اول مره يحصل معايا كده ودي اخر مره اتعامل بالبرنامج ده

Downloaded the app to use on discount offer on lantern chocolate. Bought 3 coupons for 3 choc for 3 kids. The branch in Zayed no telephone number to confirm availability. First coupon is not working . There is only one choc available and they can’t confirm future availability as it’s an occasional itemreplenished at small amount weekly. Complained on app no response! Called app she said it’s a system can’t refund! You take chances until you collect the choc pieces! They don’t have to have a number to call on ! Put me on hold! Refund would take weeks on credit card . I opted for 24 refund on wallet to purchase anything and delete app! After agreeing a notification of 5 days to process it ! Terrible unreliable app
