Always a joy to use this app never had a problem brilliant all round

it doesn’t let my favourite anything, just says it’s loading but nothing ever loads, everything i have in my cart gets deleted, the app is impossible to navigate and the dresses are bad quality

love the clothes, just one little thing, i literally can’t like anything. it doesn’t let me add anything to a wish list it just loads and loads even though i have wifi. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and it’s the same.

It’s not letting me favorite anything

I’d give this app 3.5 stars . I love the designs and clothes on this site but the app is painfully slow and annoying to navigate . At the checkout I signed in to my account and lost the dresses I wanted out f my basket and went to find them again and it wouldn’t let me add them. I also tried to track my order with the tracking service they provide, which is hard to find btw, and it wouldn’t let me track it. You also have to pay extra to be able to track your order and you can only track an order if ur a member. It’s also cheaper to checkout without signing in because u can get free delivery, you don’t have that option after signing in.

I absolutely love oh polly! But the student discount never works it always says invalid? Even though I have a valid unidays ID and it’s registered, this has been happening to me for a year now. Can you’d please look into that thanks x

Cute outfits and clothes but wont let me create a wish list or add anything to wish list either, just keeps loading and never fully loads
