Functions ok but sometimes lose signal wi go

We need a notification that door has been left open and if opened immediately after closing . Maybe a timer to leave open.

Once I got it up and running, it’s the best garage door opener I’ve ever had.

We’re delighted with the openers and the App that comes with it, like the notification process too. So easy to setup so-do; also homelink on the car; Alexa is next up. I don’t use Alexa to open my garage doors. I really do like the app on my phone. I can be out of town and open clothes or even be aware of the status of my being open, or not. I would highly recommend.

I had purchased an house an year ago it comes with OHD Anywhere setup. Automation does not work properly. It does not recognize close and open activity. Dumb way of identification. In last 1 year the whole night automatically doors got open all night due to improper identification. I don’t recommend this product to anyone

My household has multiple users of our garage door, as do many other households. Our secondary users get logged out “for security reasons” all the time, and signing back in is a major pain when also trying to park a vehicle. Please apply the same security settings to all authorized users. I have offered this feedback many times and never received a response of any kind.

Constantly loosing connection and very frustrating to get the doors connected again.

I have had this set up on my phone for over a year and it constantly kicks me off or drops other family members. Customer service had to wait 3hrs for someone to call me back when they did they only got my name snd what the issue was before they either hung up on mr or phone disconnected. I would not recommend this product!!

Great garage door opens at a farther range, just that my motion sensor light stopped working and was told my model doesn’t have it which I was surprised because it was working at first. Other than that works fine and easy to connect to WiFi
